This one’s as simple as adding some fizz to a sunny classic.
Ingredients
50mL Blanco Tequila
50mL Lime Juice
20mL Cointreau
5mL Agave or Sugar syrup
Solara Prosecco
Coarse salt
Lime slices
Ice
Method
1. Rub lime on the glass rim and dip in coarse salt
2. Shake up the Tequila, Lime Juice, Cointreau and Syrup with ice, and strain into glass
3. Top up with Solara Prosecco
4. Garnish with a slice of lime
